By accessing or using the RebateIX website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

RebateIX is an independent Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate marketing platform. We are not a broker, dealer, or investment adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in forex or CFD trading in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any broker referred through RebateIX is lawful where you live.

When you open or link a trading account through RebateIX, the broker pays us an IB commission on your trading volume. We pass a portion of this commission back to you as a rebate.

Rebate rates are displayed per broker and may change if the broker changes its commission structure. Rebates accrue per closed lot and are paid according to the schedule shown in your dashboard or on the relevant broker page.

Rebates are not paid on cancelled, disputed, or abusive trading activity (e.g., latency arbitrage or bonus abuse as defined by the broker).

All content on RebateIX — including broker reviews, ratings, signals, calculators, AI assistant output, and news — is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

RebateIX is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party broker, including execution quality, withdrawals, or platform availability. Your contractual relationship for trading is solely with the broker.

Regulatory status of brokers may change at any time. Verify a broker's authorisation directly with the relevant regulator before depositing funds.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RebateIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising out of your use of the Services.

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
