Own and grow our network of Introducing Brokers — onboarding, support and retention.
- • Recruit and onboard new Introducing Brokers
- • Build long-term relationships with partner IBs
- • Hit monthly volume and activation targets
- • Work with marketing on partner campaigns
Business Development Manager (BDM)
Full-time Remote
Drive new trader and partner acquisition across key regions.
- • Open new markets and acquisition channels
- • Negotiate broker and affiliate deals
- • Represent RebateIX at expos and online events
- • Report on pipeline and conversion
Database Administrator (DBA)
Full-time Remote
Keep our trade-ledger and rebate data fast, accurate and secure.
- • Maintain and tune PostgreSQL / Prisma data layer
- • Own backups, migrations and data integrity
- • Support the rebate ingestion & reconciliation pipeline
- • Monitor performance and uptime
